How each set is built
The same build and test process, from a 20 kVA standby unit to a 2,000 kVA industrial set.
Engine mount
Diesel engine and alternator are coupled and mounted to a vibration-isolated base frame.
Control fit-out
Control panel, automatic transfer switch and monitoring electronics are wired and configured.
Enclosure
The set is fitted into its canopy or container, with fuel tank and exhaust integrated.
Load test
Every unit runs on a resistive load bank at rated output before it's cleared for dispatch.
