How each panel is built

The same line, whether the order is 20 panels or 20,000.

Cell sorting

Incoming cells are graded for output consistency before assembly.

Lamination

Cells are laid, wired and laminated between glass and backsheet under heat and pressure.

Framing

Anodised aluminium frames and junction boxes are fitted and sealed.

04

Testing

Every panel is flash-tested for output and visually inspected before packing.
