How each unit is built
The same manufacturing and testing process across all three turbine classes.
Tower fabrication
Steel tower sections are rolled, welded and coated to site-specific corrosion and wind load requirements.
Nacelle assembly
Generator, gearbox and control electronics are assembled and sealed into the nacelle housing.
Blade fitting
Blade assemblies are balanced and fitted to the hub, then checked for pitch control response.
Site testing
Units are commissioned on-site with cut-in, cut-out and yaw response verified before handover.
